Cross Country Boys 4th at NCS; Kellen Cole qualifies for State!
The Amador Valley cross country team competed in the North Coast Section championship meet at Hayward High School on Saturday, November 21. The boys’ varsity squad finished 4th out of 19 schools. Senior captain Kellen Cole ran a fantastic race and finished seventh individually, good enough for an individual berth to the CIF state championship meet on November 28th.
The Amador Valley cross country team competed in the North Coast Section championship meet at Hayward High School on Saturday, November 21. The youthful girls’ varsity team battled to a 5th place finish out of 17 teams, a big improvement over last year’s 8th place finish.
